On February 13, at the VII Ukrainian Mas-Wrestling Cup, 90 participants represented Zaporozhye, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkiv and Nikolaev regions.

By the decision of the Presidium of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation dated October 26, 2021, the admission of Russian participants to the final stage of the Mas-Wrestling World Cup in Finland - up to two athletes in the weight category.

The 9th AITWPF National Traditional Wrestling & Pankration Championship 2021 was successfully held with participation of 18 State / Union Territory Teams with over 500+ players and 200+ coaches, referees, officials, guests from 29th to 31st October 2021 at Maizons Lake View Resort, Goa.

The meeting of the members of the  International Mas-Wrestling Federation Presidium is related to the cancellation of the IMWF final events in Russia and their transfer to the territory of Finland.
