International Mas-Wrestling competition among juniors boys and juniors girls within the XII Open All-Russian Youth Martial Arts Games

1. Goals and objectives

Competitions are held in order to:

- the development of mas-wrestling among children and young people in the Russian Federation and in the world;

- improving the skill level of young mas-wrestling athletes;

- training young athletes of Asian countries to participate in the “Children of Asia 2020” International Sports Games;

- Strengthening friendly sports ties between the regions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries.

2. Dates and venue

Competitions are held from 14 to 18 September 2019 in the city of Anapa, Krasnodar Territory, at the “Vityaz” sports complex, Anapa, Vityazevo, Youzhny Prospect, 20.

Arrival days: September 14-15, 2019

Competition Days: September 16-17, 2019

Departure day: September 18, 2019

3. Management of the competitions

The general management of the organization is carried out by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Martial Arts and the International Mas-Wrestling Federation.

Direct competition is entrusted to the All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation.

4. Terms of participation

Athletes from subjects of the Russian Federation and foreign athletes are participating in the competition on request from national mas-wrestling federations.

The number of participants from Russian regions and countries is not limited. Athletes must have a sports uniform in accordance with the International Mas-Wrestling Rules.

To participate in competitions by age categories are allowed:

- Junior boys (14-15 years old) born in 2004-2005;

- Junior girls (14-15 years old) born in 2004-2005   

5. Technical conditions

Competitions are personal in nature and are held according to the current rules of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, according to the system with elimination after two defeats with division into groups "A" and "B"

If in a weight category of less than 6 athletes a circular system is used (each against each).

Weight categories:

Boys - 50 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg, 80 kg, + 80 kg;

Girls - 50 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg, + 70 kg.

In the case of claims in the course of the bout, a representative of the team or coach filed a protest addressed to the chief referee orally immediately after the end of the bout and in writing within 5 minutes. The cost of filing a protest is 500 rubles. In case of satisfaction of the protest the amount is returned.

6. Medical terms

The Organizing Committee guarantees the provision of first aid to all participants of the Championship.

Athletes must have medical insurance.

7. Financing

1. The Ministry of Sports of Russia provides financial support for sports competitions in accordance with the Procedure for Financing at the expense of the federal budget and expenditure standards for holding sports events included in the Unified calendar plan for interregional, All-Russian and international sports activities, and sports events for 2019.

2. Additional financial support related to the organizational expenses for the preparation and holding of sports competitions is carried out at the expense of the budgets of the following entities: the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Krasnodar Territory, the budgets of municipalities and extra-budgetary funds, other participating organizations

3. Travel expenses for participants of the competition (travel, food, accommodation and insurance of athletes) are provided by the sending organization.

8. Awarding

Athletes who have won prizes (1, 2, two 3 places) are awarded medals and diplomas of the All-Russian Union of public associations "Russian Union of Martial Arts" (RUMA).

Coaches of athletes - winners of the competition are awarded with diplomas of the All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation.

Additionally, prizes can be established for awarding athletes, coaches and judges from the All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation and the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, sponsors and other organizations.

9. Marketing and advertising

The Organizing Committee guarantees that the sponsorship rights of partners of the All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation, as provided for in the relevant agreements, including the All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation marketing guidelines

10. Media

The Organizing Committee guarantees the provision of appropriate working conditions at competitions for accredited media representatives in accordance with the guidelines of Russian Union of Martial Arts, All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation on media.

11. Applications for participation

Preliminary applications for participation are submitted until August 20, 2019:

The nominal applications (Appendix No. 1) of the Russian participants signed by the head of the executive authority of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports, and the applications of foreign participants signed by the heads of the national mas-wrestling federations are submitted to the commission for admission and registration of participants.

The following documents are attached to the application:

- passport;

- life and health insurance policy against accidents (original);

- medical certificate of admission to the competition.

- parental consent to participate in the competition.- the consent of the parents of each participant to participate in the Games.
