REGULATION
1. Date and place
03.06.2023 - DOUBLE RED headquarters, Mostárenská 9, Brezno
Schedule of competition:
11am - 1pm·- Registration and Weight-in
2pm - Start of the competition
7pm - Awarding Ceremony
2. Competition ConditionsMen over 16 years old and women over 15 years old who have submitted their application by May 28, 2023 are eligible to participate in the competition.
Competitors must have sportswear preferably in compliance with the International Mas-Wrestling Federation Rules
Men - shorts (trunks).
Women - shorts and a sports shirt.
3. Application for Participation

5. Competition Conditions and System
The competition is individual in nature and is held in accordance with the rules of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation. Sepending on the number of participants in each weight category, the competition will be held according to the following competition system:
· for 7 or more athletes in the weight category, the competition will be held using the elimination system after two defeats, with division into groups “A” and “B”
· for 6, 5, 4 or 3 athletes in the weight category, the competition will be held using the a circular system.
· for 2 or fewer athletes in the weight category, the weight category will be combined with the next weight category.
Weight categories:
Women: 65 kg, 65+ kgMen: 80 kg, 100 kg, 120 kg, Absolute
6. Funding
Competitors will pay a starting fee of 15€ on site.
Competitors who compete in one af the weight categories and want to also compete in the absolute weight category will pay, in addition to the regular entry fee of15€, a fee of 5€ for the absolute weight category
Competitors who will only compete in the absolute weight category will pay a registration fee of 15€ on site
All expenses for the preparation and management of the competition are covered by the organizer, the Mas-Wrestling sports club Banská Bystrica, which was commissioned by the Slovak Mas-Wrestling Association to organize this competition.
Travel expenses, accommodation, and other related expenses are covered by the sending organization or competitor
7. Awarding
Competitors who took the 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in individual weight categories will receive a trophy, medal, diploma, and material prizes.
A financial reward awaits the 1st place in each weight category
Special trophy for winner of absolute weight category
8. Insurance
Since the organizer cannot insure the competition participants, each participant is required to obtain their own insurance. At the presentation, each athlete will sign a statement that they are competing at their own risk, without which they will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
