Sergei Frolkin and Sergei Konstantinov are Masters of Sports of International Class

Two Yakutians with the same name of Sergei became the first who received such high ranks. It is difficult to assess the significance of this historic event for their countrymen. Many generations of the Yakutians made their efforts, so that these undoubtedly worthy athletes would be called "international class". Mas-Wrestling enthusiasts throughout the Russia, in all its regions, share this wonderful news. Fate was pleased that these guys were the first in the history of modern Mas-Wrestling. Other 2018 Mas-Wrestling World champions will follow them. We will know their names very soon.

Let us recall, that Mas-Wrestling only in February 2015 received state accreditation in the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, and Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation was given the status of the All-Russian Sports Federation. The first Masters of Sports of Russia received their documents in 2018. In less than two years, we are already honoring the first Masters of Sports of International class.

The same day, the following athletes from Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) recieved the titles of Masters of Sports of Russia by the order of the Russia Ministry of Sport: Vasiliy Androsov, Tatyana Dyachkovskaya, Daniil Moiseev, Yuri Protopopov, Alexander Pshennikov and Innokentiy Fedorov.

Masters of Sports of Russia in Mas-Wrestling emerged in the Chuvash Republic too: Alina Alekseeva, Anastasia Alekseeva and Stanislav Egorov.

We are glad for our colleagues from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic - the title of Master of Sports of Russia in Mas-Wrestling was awarded to Zaurbi Argashokov.

We are sure that this will be an excellent motivation for many schoolchildren throughout Russia. The road was paved by senior teammates from Yakutia. Thank you with all my heart.

For athletes who want to achieve the same results, we explain that in order to assign the sports title of Masters of Sports of the International class in Mas-Wrestling, must be met certain standards and requirements: you need to win the World Cup or Continental Championship. Win convincingly in three matches. However, in these international competitions should take part athletes from more than 25 foreign countries.
