The Chairman proposed to open the meeting of the IMWF.

In accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the International Union of Public Associations, the «International Mas-Wrestling Federation», there is a quorum.

The agenda of the Presidium meeting is submitted for approval:

1. About the Conference of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation and approval of the agenda of the Conference.

2. Approval of the credentials committee for the Conference of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation.

Decided to: Approve the proposed agenda.

Voting: “For” – unanimously.

For the work of the Presidium it is proposed to elect a credentials committee comprising 

Valerii Gazaiev - member of the IMWF Presidium*

Aina-Katerina Anufrieva and Vasily Protopopov - Secretariat of the IMWF.

Decided to: Approve the proposed credentials committee.

Voting: “For” - unanimously.

Decided to:

1.1. Hold a general meeting of members International Mas-Wrestling Federation - the Conference of the International Union of Public Associations “International Mas-Wrestling Federation” on December 17, 2021, in online format and via videoconference.

1.2. Approve the proposed agenda of the Conference of the International Union of Public Associations “International Mas-Wrestling Federation”.

Voting: “For” – unanimously.

2. Alexander Akimov spoke on the second item.

Decided to:

2.1. Approve the credentials committee of the Conference of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation as follows:

1. Alymbekov Iskender – member of the IMWF Presidium.

2. Protopopov Vasiliy - Secretariat of the IMWF;

3. Anufrieva Aina-Katerina - Secretariat of the IMWF;

Decided to:

3.1. Take note of IMWF General Secretary’s information about the activity of IMWF Presidium in 2021;

3.2. Remove from the IMWF Presidium:

- Anna Lewandowska, Poland;

- Chad Clark, USA.

3.3 Consider the following candidates for membership of the IMWF Presidium for discussion and approval at the IMWF Conference:

- Nawab Furqan Khan (Pakistan Mas-Wrestling Federation, President);

- Ilgam Kadyrov (Federation of Bodybuilding, Fitness and Mas-Wrestling of Uzbekistan, Vice-President);

- Andrew Bolinger (Canadian Mas-wrestling Association);

- John O'Connor (Mas-wrestling USA ).

3.4. By January 25, 2022, all members of the IMWF Presidium must submit a work plan for the current year.

4. Lena Tomskaya spoke on the fourth item.

Decided to:

4.1. Approve the draft calendar of events of the IMWF for 2022 for discussion and approval on the Conference of the IMWF.

5. Arnold Mokhov spoke on the fifth item.

Decided to:

5.1. Consider applications for membership in the International Mas-Wrestling Federation for approval at the IMWF Conference:

1. Togo;

2. Nigeria;

3. Central African Republic.

Voting: “For” – unanimously.

6. Arnold Mokhov spoke on the sixth item.

Decided to:

6.1. Submit proposed changes to the International Mas-Wrestling Rules for discussion at the IMWF Conference.
