   REGULATIONS on holding

International Tournament Railways of Yakutia JSC Mas-Wrestling Cup,

dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory,

as part of the Sports program of the X Eastern Economic Forum

I. Aims and objectives

International Tournament «Railways of Yakutia JSC Mas-Wrestling Cup», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory (hereinafter Cup) is held to promote mas-wrestling in the world and solves the following tasks:

- strengthening friendly sporting relationship among countries;

- bring up the youth in the spirit of mutual respect, peace and creation;

- determination the strongest mas-wrestling athletes of the world. 

II. Date and venue

The Cup is held on September 3-7, 2025 as part of the Sports program of the X Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Primorskiy Region, Russia, on address: Russky Island, Exhibition «Far East Street», the pavilion of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Arrival days – September 3-4, departure day – September 7.  

III. Management

General management of preparation and holding of Cup is carried out by the International Mas-wrestling Federation, All-Russian Mas-wrestling Federation, «Railways of Yakutia JSK », Republican Center of National Sports named after Vasiliy Manchaary, Mas-wrestling Development Fund «Mas-Wrestling Planet» and Sports Directorate of the Roscongress Foundation.

Direct responsibility of holding the event carried on the Grand Jury, approved by the International Mas-wrestling Federation. 

IV. Conditions for holding and participants

Allowed to participate 16 athletes (8 men and 8 women) from different countries of the world by personal invitation of International Mas-wrestling Federation, permitted to engage in power sport and passed medical examination.

Competitions are of a team nature and held according to the current rules of the International Mas-wrestling Federation. Teams consist of 4 athletes: 2 men and 2 women. The distribution of participants into teams is carried out by the Grand Jury according to the draw during the weigh-in procedure. The names of the teams are the responsibility of the organizers.

Weight categories: men – 80 kg, women – 65 kg.

Participants are required to perform in sportswear in accordance with the rules of the International Mas-wrestling Federation. 

V. Competition System. Determining the Winning Team.

Meetings between the teams will be held according to the "wall to wall" system, that means, each athlete participate in one bout with an athlete of his weight category from the opposite team. The team that wins the most bouts - wins the meeting.

Teams compete against each other in a round robin system. Places are distributed according to the points scored. 1 point is given for a win, 0 points for a loss. In case of equality of points between two or more teams, their places are determined taking into account the following indicators:

- by winning in a mutual meeting (when determining the places of two teams);

- by the quality of all bouts, that is, by the difference between all won and all lost fights (the greater the difference, the higher the place);

- by the lower total weight of the teams during weigh-in (the lower the weight, the higher the place). 

VI. Schedule*

September 3-4 (Saturday, Sunday) – arrival days

September 4 (Sunday)

16.00 – Participants presentation, weigh-in and drawing

September 5 (Monday) – competition day

10.00 – 12.00 – bouts

14.00 – 14.30 – opening ceremony

15.00 – 17.00 – bouts

17.30 – awarding ceremony

September 7 (Wednesday) – departure day.

* Changes are possible in the Schedule. 

VII. Awarding

Top three team-winners of the Cup to be awarded with cups, medals, diplomas and special prizes. 

VIII. Financing

All costs connected with the preparation and holding of the competition, under the terms of the equity, carry «Railways of Yakutia JSK», SBI of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) «Republican Center of National Sports named after Vasiliy Manchaary».

For targeted financing, JSK «Railways of Yakutia JSK» enters into a sponsorship agreement with the Mas-wrestling Development Fund «Mas-Wrestling Planet». 

IX. Safety

Competitions to be held in sport buildings, agreeable to the standards of corresponding standard rules of law, functioning in the territory of the Russian Federation and directed to provide public order and safety of participants and spectators, in the presence of acts of operational readiness of sports buildings for the activities, approved in the prescribed order. 

X. Insurance

Participation in the competitions is allowed only in case of presence of the insurance of life and health from accidents (original) for each athlete. Insurance fees of the athletes carry the sending organizations. 

XI. VISA

Participants who need a visa to stay in Russia, by July 20, 2025, send data indicating full names, gender, passport numbers (indicating the date of issue and expiry date), date of birth and passport scanners for invitations.

The costs of entry visas are carried by the participants themselves.
