Il Darkhan of Yakutia supported the initiative of Anatoliy Baishev
The meeting took place in the new sports hall of Anatoliy Anatolyevich. The subject of the conversation was the initiative of Anatoliy Baishev to hold the Team Cup of the Republic in mas-wrestling at a new international level in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Mas-wrestling Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The leader of the Yakut majynys expressed the wish of the founders of the sport to "challenge" athletes fr om abroad. In this case, for the first time in history, the Team Cup of the Federation will go beyond the framework of the republican sports event.
Mas-wrestling is loved and developed on all continents these days. Symbolic national teams of the continents will be invited to the homeland of the sport for anniversary events and to enter the competition platform. We will see twelve teams on the platform in Yakutsk. Six of them will represent different districts of Yakutia and six - different continents: Australia and Oceania, Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and South America.
Local teams will be formed based on the results of the RS (Yakutia) Championship in February. The composition will include the best majynys of the republic. The national teams of the continents will include titled and trained majynys from different countries of the world, wh ere active work is underway to popularize mas-wrestling. The composition of the national teams of the continents will be approved by the International Mas-wrestling Federation.
The Team Cup is planned to be held at the beginning of the calendar winter - in early December, when the famous crackling frosts are in Yakutia. Guests will be given a warm welcome with a wide cultural program, and the grateful audience will warm them with the warmth of their hearts. Preliminary negotiations with continental leaders on the development of mas-wrestling have been held. On their part, there is a high readiness for the participation of athletes from the continents, subject to safety conditions, meeting and seeing off, and so on.
Aisen Sergeevich listened attentively to all the arguments and promised all possible support. In the most difficult time for Russian sports due to unprecedented sanctions, Yakut mas-wrestling remains a stronghold of mutual understanding and friendship between athletes from different countries. The Il Darkhan Team Cup of Yakutia will be another proof of this.

They talked about the development of mas-wrestling, about preparations for the anniversary of the federation, about what the future of the Dygyn Games will be. These people are the real keepers of our traditions. Strong, caring, with a big soul. They don't just win medals - they inspire young people to choose the path of health and respect for their roots.

Holding competitions in Yakutia and the team format of competitions with the participation of athletes from different parts of the world, according to the organizers, should demonstrate the cohesion of the world's mas-wrestlers in promoting the national sport of the indigenous people of the North to the Olympic level.
