On the appointment of Boris Vladimirovich Grishin

In order to actively promote mas-wrestling in the global sports movement, I hereby give the following directive:
1. To appoint Boris Vladimirovich Grishin as the First Vice-President of the International Union of Public Associations "International Mas-wrestling Federation" and assign him the functions of interaction with large multi-sport organizations and with the Federal Executive Authorities of the Russian Federation;
2. In accordance with the decision of the Conference of the International Mas-wrestling Federation dated December 19, 2025 and paragraph 6.11. of the charter of the International Union of Public Associations "International Mas-wrestling Federation" dated March 1, 2017, include Boris Vladimirovich Grishin in the Presidium of the IMWF;
3. Control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Secretary General of the International Mas-wrestling Federation, I.Y. Grigoriev.
