Competition Regulations of the International Union of Public Associations "International Mas-Wrestling Federation" to create an anthem

1. General Regulations

1.1. The competition is held with the aim of creating an official anthem (hereinafter - the hymn) of the International Uni on of Public Associations "International Mas-Wrestling Federation" (hereinafter IMWF) with its subsequent approval as the official musical and poetic symbol of the organization.

1.2. The anthem is intended to become one of the symbols of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, used at official ceremonies and events, the list of which is approved by the Presidium of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation.

2. Participants, conditions and terms of the Competition

2.1. Both amateur authors and professional poets and composers can take part in the Competition.

2.2. The competition project can be prepared individually or in co-authorship.

2.3. Participation in the Competition is carried out on the basis of the submitted application (Appendix 2) and the participant's form (Appendix 3).

2.4. Acceptance of documents and creative projects is carried out at the email address of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation: imwf@mail.ru

2.5. The competition is held in two stages.

During the first stage, information work, reception, analysis and registration of creative works, commission examination of anthem drafts are carried out. During the second stage, the winners of the Competition are determined.

2.6. Competition materials are not edited, reviewed or returned.

2.7. Participants of the Competition whose competition materials do not meet the requirements provided for by these Regulations are not allowed to participate in the Competition.

2.8. The competition is held in two stages: First stage - from January 1 to March 1, 2022. All works submitted to the competition as part of the First stage are submitted for review by the Competition Commission. The second stage of the competition - from April 1 to May 1, 2022 - The Competition Commission selects the best works to sel ect and approve the final decision and determine the winner. If none of the submitted works meet the requirements and criteria of the Competition, the commission has the right to make a decision on the extension of the Competition.

3. Requirements for competitive materials

3.1. The anthem draft must be a piece of music intended for solo, collective or instrumental performance.

3.2. The anthem should reflect the mission, goals and objectives of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, be distinguished by the figurativeness of the text, an easy-to-remember melody, a clear measured rhythm and a stately character.

3.3. Only author's projects of music and anthem text that meet the following requirements are accepted for the Competition:

3.3.1. originality of the melody and text (it is not allowed to use existing musical and poetic works created by other authors);

3.3.2. the adequacy of the melody and text to the tasks of performing the anthem on especially solemn occasions;

3.3.3. high ideological and aesthetic level of the work;

3.3.4. compliance with generally accepted standards of morality and ethics;

3.3.5. the text of the anthem should be in three languages: Yakut, Russian and English. The volume is 4-6 lines (1 verse) with a chorus.

3.4. The competition project must contain:

3.4.1. audio recording of the anthem (in MP3 or WAV format);

3.4.2. the text of the anthem - in electronic form (font - Times New Roman, size - 14), leading - 1.5, margins - 2 cm;

3.4.3. musical score (scan or IGP photo).

3.5. An audio recording of the anthem is presented in instrumental (“minus” phonogram) or instrumental and vocal (“plus” phonogram) performances.

4. Jury of the competition

4.1. The Organizer of the Competition approves the composition of the Competition Commission. The composition of the commission is formed from representatives of the Organizer and Partners, as well as invited independent experts.

4.2. The Commission evaluates the submitted works of each participant of the Competition, determines the winners and prize-winners of the Competition

5. Determination of winners and rewarding

5.1. The results of the Competition are summed up by the Competition Commission with the participation of a wide range of specialists.

5.2. The results of the final round of the Competition are adopted by open voting by a simple majority of votes of the members of the Competition Commission and are drawn up in a protocol signed by the Chairman of the Competition Commission. The vote of the Chairman of the Competition Committee is decisive.

5.3. The protocol is sent to the Presidium of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation to approve the results of the Competition.

5.4. The winner of the Contest will be awarded with cash prizes of $ 1000 and a Certificate of Merit. Participants of the Competition are awarded with Diplomas.
