Accommodation for participants of the 8th Mas-Wrestling World Championship in Kazan

IMPORTANT! Migration registration:

Migration registration of foreign citizens is carried out only at the Training Center “Hotel Regatta” and the Dion Inn Hotel. Therefore, all foreign participants, delegation representatives, as well as foreign referees are accommodated exclusively at these two facilities. The Residential Complex of the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism (Derevnya Universiady) is intended only for citizens of the Russian Federation.

1. Training Center “Hotel Regatta”

Transport accessibility:

- to the “Ak Bars” Martial Arts Palace 8–10 km (approximately 25–30 minutes by shuttle);

- to the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism about 9–11 km (approximately 25–30 minutes by shuttle).

Cost of accommodation (per room per day):

- Single room: 43.3 USD (with breakfast) / 37.2 USD (without meals).

- Double room: 67.8 USD (with breakfast) / 54.5 USD (without meals).

- Triple room: 78 USD (with breakfast) / 59.4 USD (without meals).

- Note: Early check-in (from 02:00 to 14:00) and late check-out (from 12:00 to 23:59) are charged at 50% of the daily rate.

Meals (paid separately): 

- Full three meals a day – 14.9 USD/person per day; 

- breakfast – 6.2 USD, lunch – 8.7 USD, dinner – 7.5 USD. 

2. Dion Inn Hotel and SPA

Guest category: VIP guests. Additionally, the hotel is offered as an alternative accommodation option for foreign participants and delegation representatives who need an increased level of comfort.

Check-in/check-out time: check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00.

Transport accessibility:

- to the “Ak Bars” Martial Arts Palace: the walking route is about 300–400 meters (5–7 minutes on foot). Official shuttle is not provided due to the close location;

- to the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism: about 10–12 km (approximately 25–30 minutes by transport).

Total capacity: 122 rooms (up to 133 people under the conditions below).

Included in the price: Breakfast, access to the gym, coworking space and children’s room.

SPA: 2 hours per day are provided complimentary for the “Junior Suite” and “Suite” categories.

Parking: free for the “Family”, “Junior Suite”, and “Suite” categories; for other categories – 2.5 USD/day.

III. Payment Procedure

Payment for accommodation and additional services (meals) for foreign guests and delegation representatives at both accommodation facilities is made upon check-in in cash in Russian Federation rubles.

IV. Transport Service Conditions

Official transfer from the international airport and railway stations Kazan-Passazhirsky (Central) and Kazan-Vosstanie (Moskovsky Prospekt) to the accommodation and back (from November 26 to 30), as well as to event venues, is provided exclusively to participants staying at the both above accredited locations.

Participants who have booked accommodation independently elsewhere are not provided with official transfer.
