<p> </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> REGULATION<br> on holding Mas-Wrestling World Championship<br> in the absolute weight category among men and women dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic </p> <p> <b>Aims and objectives </b> </p> <p> The aim is popularization and development of Mas-Wrestling in the world.              <br> </p> <p> Objectives: </p> - streangthening friendly relationship among countries;<br> - dentermination of the strongest athletes in the world.<br> <p> <b>Date and venue </b> </p> <p> Competitions are held on June 21-27, 2022 in Yakutsk, Russia on address: Oyunskogo street, 26, Sports Training Center «Triumph». </p> <p> Arrival day – June 21, 2022, departure days – June 25-27, 2022. </p> <p> <i>Competition Program: </i> </p> <p> <i>June 21 </i>- arrival day </p> <p> <i>June 22 <br> </i> </p> <p> 12.00 – 16.00 – Commission on registration and admission; </p> <p> 16.00 – 18.00 – Weigh-in and drawing of participants </p> <p> 18.00-19.00 – meeting of Panel of judges with coaches and team representatives.         <br> </p> <p> June 24 <br> </p> <p> 15.00 – start of the competition; </p> <p> <i>June 25</i><i> </i><br> </p> <p> 16.00 – start of competitions </p> <p> <i>June 26-27</i> – departure days </p> <p> *Changes are possible in the Program. </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> </p> <p> <b>Management </b> </p> <p> General management of preparation and holding of the Championship is carried out by the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation, Ministry of Sport of Russian Federation, Government of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), State budgetary institution of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) «Republican Center of National Sports named after Vasily Manchaary» and Mas-Wrestling Development Fund "Planet Mas-Wrestling". </p> <p> Direct responsibility of holding the event carried on the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the IV World Mas-Wrestling Championship and the Grand Jury, approved by the International Mas-Wrestling Federation. </p> <p> <b>Participants </b> </p> <p> Allowed to participate athletes aged of 18 over (age determines on the very day of competition), passed medical examination and permitted to engage in power sports by the application of the National Mas-Wrestling Federations or authorized bodies. </p> <p> </p> <p> The National Federations are entitled to be represented up to 8 (eight) athletes, no more than 4 (four) athlete in each weight category. The All-Russian Mas-Wrestling Federation as the host country is given the right to nominate up to 4 (four) athletes, but not more than 2 (two) athletes in each weight category. </p> <p> Participants grant the organizers the right to photograph, film or otherwise use the voice, appearance and name. Further, the content can be displayed, distributed or otherwise used in merchandising and advertising to promote the sport in any media now known and possible in the future. The rights are granted indefinitely and without additional compensation. </p> <p> <b>Insurance </b> </p> <p> Participation in the competitions is allowed only in case of presence of the insurance of life and health from accidents (original). </p> <p> Insurance fees of the athletes carry the sending organizations. </p> <p> <b>Conditions for holding competition </b> </p> <p> Competitions are of a personal-team nature and are held according to the current rules of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation: </p> <p> Weight categories:<br> - men: over 95 kg;<br> - women: over 75 kg.<br> The final results (protocols) on paper and electronic form should be given to the </p> <p> International Mas-Wrestling Federation in 2 (two) weeks after the event is over. </p> <p> <b>Awarding</b> </p> <p> Top three athletes in each weight category to be awarded with medals, diplomas, and valuable prize. </p> <p> <b>Safety</b> </p> <p> Competitions to be held in sport buildings, agreeable to the standards of corresponding standard rules of law, functioning in the territory of the Russian Federation and directed to provide public order and safety of participants and spectators, in the presence of acts of operational readiness of sports buildings for the activities, approved in the prescribed order. </p> <p> Qualified medical personnel should present in the competition venue. </p> <p> Competitors are required to adhere to the generally accepted norms of social distancing in crowded places and comply with the requirements of the Regulations for the organization and holding of official physical culture and sports events in the Russian Federation in the conditions of continued risks of the spread of COVID-19. Representatives of national teams must provide their athletes with personal protective equipment and disinfectants. </p> <p> <b>Financing </b> </p> <p> All costs connected with the preparation and holding of the competition, under the terms of the equity, carry the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, All-Russian Mas- Wrestling Federation, Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, Government of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), State Budgetary Institution of the Sakha Republic  (Yakutia) «Republican Center of National Sports named after V. Manchaary» and Mas-Wrestling Development Fund "Planet Mas-Wrestling". <br> </p> <p> Expenses for registration of entry visas, travel, accommodation and meals carry sending organizations. </p> <p> <b>Visa</b> </p> <p> Delegations, which are needed VISA for entrance and stay on the territory of Russian Federation, should submit until April 20, 2022 to the organizer for VISA a list of participants with their full name, gender, passport numbers (as well as date of issuance and expiration date), date of birth, scanned copy of the first informative page of their passports. </p> <p> <b>Applications</b> </p> <p> Preliminary applications with the obligatory indication of the number of athletes, coaches, and representatives are submitted until April 20, 2022: </p> <p> - Russia, Yakutsk, Kirov Street, building 20/1, International Mas-Wrestling Federation, e-mail: <a href="mailto:imwf@mail.ru">imwf@mail.ru</a>, tel. +7 4112 508-572; </p> <p> - Russia, Moscow, Myasnitskiy proezd, building 3, off. 611, International Mas- Wrestling Federation, WhatsApp +79263192088, <a href="mailto:len-atom@mail.ru">len-atom@mail.ru</a>. </p> <p> The application for registration and admission of participants to the competition is submitted by applications signed by the head of the national federation and the doctor, as well as the following documents for each athlete: </p> <p> - document certifying the citizenship of participant;<br> - life and health insurance policy against accidents (original);<br> - document on vaccination against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. </p> <p> <b>Marketing and advertising </b> </p> <p> The Organizing Committee guarantees maintenance of Sponsor rights by the partners and sponsors of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation, appointed in the appropriate Agreements as well as basic principles of marketing of the International Mas- Wrestling Federation. </p> <p> <b>Media </b> </p> <p> The Organizing Committee guarantees accordance of the appropriate conditions of work on the event for accredited media representatives in accordance with the Statement of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation on Mass-Media. </p> <p> <b>This regulation is the official challenge to the competition. </b> </p> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
