German Championship organized by Andreas Hordan, president of Mas-Wrestling Germany, was held the 4 of July in Reiz/Germany. Winners qualified for World Championship in Russia. 4 women were competing in 1 category. The winner was Yvonne Werner, who won also the German Open 2015. German Open took part early this year at FIBO Colonge (the leading international trade show for fitness, wellness and health). Winner of the men category up to 100 kg was Andre Seltmann. Timo Rüdiger succeeded in the heavyweight category over 110 kg.
